BALANCE
April 29, 2015
It takes a lot to balance and try to figure out your groove. Everyday I am learning and everyday I am pushing myself to get even better at it. Below is a series of photos I have shared over the past week on my Instagram. It takes you into my world BTS. Enjoy!
Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.
Walk in the park

Eat right
Enjoy every moment

COME JOIN ME AT THE IN LIVING PINK GALA – FRIDAY MAY 8, 2015
April 22, 2015
PLEASE JOIN ME IN HONORING MY DEAR FRIEND KRISTEN
AND SUPPORT YOUNG
WOMEN AFFECTED BY BREAST CANCER
As many of you know, the Young Survival Coalition is an organization
near and dear to my heart. What many of
you may not know is that young women can and do get breast
cancer. This is something I learned the hard way. My close friend, Kristen
Martinez, lost her 5 year battle with breast cancer at the very young age of
36. I miss her dearly. Kristen has inspired me since the first day I met her.
She
was full of love and courage and taught me that you must enjoy every moment
life has to offer.
This year it would mean the world to me to have you all be part of the
In Living Pink Gala. So please
join me on May 8 to honor my dear friend Kristen Martinez. The night will
include great music, open bar, delicious food, a fun crowd and the opportunity
to support a great cause. Don’t miss it!
Visit In Living
Pink to purchase your ticket. Purchase today – they are selling fast!

Here is a
little background information about the YSC, for those who are new to my blog!
Young
Survival Coalition (YSC) is the premier organization
dedicated to young women with breast cancer. Founded by three young survivors,
YSC began as a grassroots organization to advocate on behalf of all young women
diagnosed with breast cancer to increase their length and quality of life. YSC
provides free resources, connections and educational materials so young women
with breast cancer feel supported, empowered and hopeful. YSC seeks to educate
and influence the medical, research and legislative communities to address
breast cancer in young women, and to ensure that no young woman faces breast
cancer alone. For more information, visit youngsurvival.org.

Getting back to me...
April 16, 2015
Six months ago Baby Dylan Reid arrived on this planet. He changed my life forever. Below is what I wore on my first family trip away with DJ Dylan Reid since he was born. I am almost back to me meaning pre-pregnancy weight. I still have more to lose but as they say "baby steps." I loved being pregnant and never was there a day I wasn't grateful for my big belly but it is nice to feel your body get back into your original state. What I love about this outfit is its vertical lines on the skirt which give a slender look to a fuller skirt. I absolutely love the hand brush paint look of the stripes too.
If we don't grow, we aren't really living.

One organization that I fully support is The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, better known as the ASPCA. Being an animal lover this organization is very close to my heart. Pets are family and deserve to be loved and cherished. I commend the ASPCA for making a difference and doing their best to end animal cruelty.
My favorite Boy Meets Girl® item is, without a doubt, the Coco Hoodie. It's perfection. I'm currently in school to become a certified personal trainer so I'm constantly in workout clothes! I love how I can slip on my Coco Hoodie and wear it as an adorable warm up jacket! The thumb holes are great and really keep everything in place while I'm gettin' my sweat on. It's so comfortable and fashionable; what more could you ask for?!
Who is your muse or the person who inspires you most? Could be anyone! If you would like to be considered for Boy Meets Girl®'s Muse of the Month see the rules here!

Exciting News via screen shots!
April 8, 2015
I love my WWD and as you all know I read it every morning before I start my day. I especially love it when Boy Meets Girl® gets a beautiful mention. Below are screen shots from my WWD app and I am writing this blog from the blogger app on my phone too. My team told me not to work while remote this week and I am trying very hard not too but when you get a WWD mention during the week you are launching new product at Nordstrom this girl has to do a little work (wink wink).
Thank you WWD for this amazing feature. I am incredibly excited about the release of new product at Nordstrom and the release at Nordstrom stores as mentioned below. I will add links once all goes live. Here you go xoxo
