Essentials for Surviving NY Fashion Week February 2012!
February 13, 2012
This week my crazy schedule is filled with my own collaborative NYFW show with Junk Food and Hasbro on Wednesday. I am so excited to tell you more about this show. But, I will keep it a surprise and update later this week to share with you all the elements of the show :)
On top of my own show, I am attending some amazing designers shows (which I will also report on via my many social media outlets as well as here on the highlights this week), and of course some fun parties. It can be very exhausting but totally rewarding :)
So I prepared a few of my essentials for surviving NY Fashion Week (what I will be wearing and how I stay sane (well try too):

1. Drink A LOT of water. Staying hydrated is key when you're moving non stop!
2. Pack almonds or sunflower seeds in your purse for quick snacks on the go.
3. Layer it up! It's cold in NYC this time of year so I made sure each outfit had many layers to keep me warm and toasty!
4. Comfortable shoes, undies & socks! Need I say more?
5. Carry around a small notebook and pen where ever you go. You never know when a creative idea will spark!
6. And never forget your Iphone. Perfect for all the photos that inspire you.
